Doing something unique to get the attention for the film was first evolved in a large scale by super star Upendra from his ‘A’ film in 1998. Lot of other followed him but not as successful as Upendra.
Now at 2012 the tricky way of contests are set up for the audio release for an untitled film of director Madhuchandra for producer Ashwini Vijayakumar.
Sunday at Freedom Park a contest is arranged where the participants have to search for Upendra. In another contest open for public the word puzzle is set up. The lucky participant of this contest would win Rs.10000 on Sunday evening.
Real star Upendra is the chief guest at this new film audio release. On the day of audio release the title of the film will be declared. Vasu Dixith brother of Raghu Dixit is the music composer with Abilash Lakra. Shivashahi and Alur Chandrasekhar have penned the songs for the film. There are five songs in this album that is brought to the market by Anand Audio.
For the audio launch invitation is extended with a vacant CD. On the front of the CD is the invitation printed. It is 702MB space wasted!
