Super, which was released on 3rd December 2010 has earned Rs. 2.5 crores in the first weekend (first three days). This collection has beat the record of movie Jackie which was also recently released. The movie SUper has released over 181 theatres all over and going strong. The movie has already recovered its Rs. 10 crore budget in Audio, television and dubbing rights. Super has earned nearly Rs. 7 crores from its distribution rights and Rs. 4-5 crores from music and satellite rights. The movie will earn more money to its producer as it is being released in Telugu and Tamil also soon.
